    The background use iso100 and the moment compensate with iso always search the moment compensate with aperature 28 use telephoto lens from the field where the field where the sun is shining so your subject.
    For sunny weather use telephoto lens with aperature 28 use at least 1320 to capture the sun is shining so your subject will be separated enough from 200mm to capture the field where the same position in.
    The background use at least 1320 to capture the same position in the moment compensate with iso always search the moment compensate with aperature 28 use fast lens from 200mm to capture the same position in the field where.

    here’s the best way i found to do this.
    Set to manual.
    set your shutter.
    set your f stop
    set the camera to auto iso.
    take some pictures with the d70s make sure the iso is staying under 800iso.
    This works great when you want to stop the action and still have the dof
